The Name L5

"L5" stands for CMM level 5. While we don't claim that we've reached the pinnacle of software process management, "L5" signifies our commitment to continual improvement in the way we manage projects and build software.

At L5, we recognize that it is neither effective nor efficient to approach all projects using the same process. In order to maximize any project's potential, we strive to match the projects and customers to a process that suits them. Some benefit from a RAD approach, such as XP, while others are better suited for traditional processes, such as spiral. As a first step in any long term project, we will sit down with you and your team and plan the best path for delivering to your requirements.

Whatever process that your team decides to follow, you can be sure that we're committed to monitoring and adjusting the process during the lifetime of the project.
